Custom Dealer Management System for Automotive Wholesale Operations in Atlantic Canada
AEG Auto is a high-volume automotive wholesaler in Atlantic Canada, managing 200–300 dealer-to-dealer vehicle transactions monthly, including U.S. exports. As operations scaled, manual workflows and disconnected tools began impacting speed and accuracy. AEG Auto partnered with Let’s Nurture, a trusted Canadian custom automotive software development company, to build a tailored dealer management system and redesign their website.
AEG Auto relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual data entry, resulting in inconsistent inventory tracking, repetitive buyer information entry, delayed Bill of Sale creation, and limited access to historical deal data. The lack of real-time reporting and mobile-friendly workflows slowed operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment. They needed a system built for real-world usage—without the cost and complexity of enterprise dealership software.
Let’s Nurture designed and developed a custom dealer management system using a flexible WordPress-based framework with fully custom modules. The platform centralized inventory, buyers, and deals while automating Bill of Sale (BOS) PDF generation. In parallel, the public-facing website was redesigned to deliver a modern brand experience while keeping internal operations fully secure.
Both the internal dealer management platform and website redesign were developed in parallel to accelerate delivery. A modular, scalable architecture was implemented with a strong focus on UX/UI, ensuring ease of use for on-site wholesale teams and long-term system flexibility.
